Helping You Find Balance with Gut Health
My journey into gut health began as a new graduate dietitian working in regional Australia, where I saw patients struggling with complex digestive symptoms and restrictive diets, often handed a one-page leaflet from their GP and sent on their way. Wanting to make a real difference and improve my skills, I moved to London to gain specialist experience in gastrointestinal dietetics and later in eating disorders at leading teaching hospitals in the UK.
Seeing how disordered eating often developed from well-meaning dietary restrictions inspired me to combine these areas of expertise. Today, I help clients manage gut symptoms, rebuild a healthy relationship with food, and create sustainable, evidence-based nutrition strategies that truly work for their lives.
