Bookings & Cancellation

Cancellations and refunds:
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can click into your appointment confirmation email and select “Change/Cancel Appointment” and you can find another date/time that works with your schedule, or email us to request a refund. Cancellation or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation time will incur a 50% of your scheduled consultation fee charge.

Cancellation or reschedule requests made with 24 hours notice or less, including no-shows, will incur 100% of the scheduled consultation fee.

Package & Bundle Policy:

Partial Refunds: If you choose to cancel a package after it has commenced, any sessions already attended (or forfeited due to late cancellation) will be re-calculated at the full standard consultation rate. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.

Expiry: All bundles must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date.

7-Day Personalised Meal Plan Add-on Terms:

By purchasing the 7-Day Personalised Meal Plan and Recipe Guide add-on (£75.00), you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

  1. Clinical Assessment Prerequisite: This service is a highly individualised, clinical nutrition tool. It cannot be delivered as a standalone product. The meal plan will only be created and issued following a completed consultation with your registered dietitian to ensure your clinical safety and medical history are accurately assessed.

  2. Delivery and Format: Your meal plan is delivered digitally via our third-party software partner. It is intentionally designed as a dynamic, interactive recipe hub allowing for flexible food swaps, portion scaling, and live grocery list updates to foster long-term dietary skills. If requested, a downloadable PDF version of your menu can be provided.

  3. Refund Policy: Due to the significant amount of out-of-session clinical analysis, bespoke curation and software licensing costs, the £75.00 fee is strictly non-refundable.

Booking an appointment:
All appointments are booked through our online scheduler, and appointments are paid for upon booking. Unfortunately due to insurance reasons, we are unable to support clients residing in the USA and Canada.
